The South East Asia Glaucoma Interest Group (SEAGIG), in conjunction with Asian Journal of OPHTHALMOLOGY, is offering the opportunity to attend the SEAGIG 2008 meeting in Seoul, Korea, 25-27 September 2008 absolutely free to the first author of the best scientific paper submitted before 30 April 2008. The 2008 Writer’s Award includes free transportation (economy air ticket), registration at the conference, and accommodation at the ‘Lotte Hotel Seoul’ (conference hotel). The award-winning paper will be published in the September 2008 issue of Asian Journal of OPHTHALMOLOGY, which will be distributed at the SEAGIG 2008 meeting. Submitted papers must be Original Articles that have not been previously published in, and are not currently under consideration for, any other journal. Submitted manuscripts must follow the guidelines set out in the Information for Authors
The papers will be judged on the basis of their scientific content, the clarity of writing, and manuscript preparation by a panel of SEAGIG members. The judges’ decision will be final.
